Travel Plans. Please plan to arrive Sunday, August 30, before the 4:00 pm CDT Opening Reception/Registration/Networking Event featuring snacks and soft beverages. The Conference is expected to end at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 2.

Ground Transport. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. It is a 15-minute Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. 

Cancellation & Refund Policies

AHFSA hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, AHFSA knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The AHFSA Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

The AHFSA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to ensure consistency and is applicable to the annual AHFSA conference.

• Conference registration canceled on or before August 7, 2026, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• Registrants canceling on or after August 8, 2026, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual if attending from the same SSA.
• In the event AHFSA must cancel the conference, we will refund the cost of registration.
