Hotel & Transportation Information

To accommodate attendees AHFSA has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Riverwalk for the rate of $137 per night. The block spans the evenings of August 30- September 2, however, the hotel, at its discretion can accommodate the rate for three days prior, and three days after the conference if rooms are available.

From the airport, it is a 15-minute Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride to the hotel. The hotel does not offer a shuttle.

Program Information

Sessions will start early Monday, August 31. While final breakouts are being confirmed and will be announced shortly, we can announce keynote and general sessions on:
