Cancellation & Refund Policies

AHFSA hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, AHFSA knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The AHFSA Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

The AHFSA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual AHFSA conference.

Conference registration canceled on or before August 7, 2025, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling on or after August 8, 2025, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual if attending from the same SSA.
In the event AHFSA must cancel the conference, we will refund the cost of registration.
